Il Pleut!

WHEN YOU ARE not satisfied with a purchase, or feel you have been misled about a product, it is often possible to return it for a refund. Usually, all you need is the receipt.

Well, I'm now looking for my "the weather is great in the South of France" receipt -- because I want my money back.

It's raining today, just like it rained yesterday. And the day before. And the day before that.

And the day before that!

[Note: we actually don't mind the rain all that much, mainly because the region desperately needs it. But the past two weeks have been incredibly wet -- making it hard to do all the outdoor activities that abound in this area. The kids area eager to ride bikes and go to the beach. The parents are eager to get the kids out of the house].

Great post! This weather is terrible. Seriously it's a joke. Two days a stone wall at our house literally just collapsed into rubble, I think because the rain had made the soil so heavy that it just couldn't hold back the earth anymore. And the 8000 mile per hour winds we had last Monday broke the gate in the front of the house. Just snapped one side of it right off its hinges, which are like inch thick metal. Nice. If you find out where to get your money back on the weather thing, let me know. I'm in. Oh wait, after this morning's flood the sky is completely blue and there's a gentle breeze blowing. Come meet us at the beach why don't you...

it's not only raining in France...we are doing quite nicely in the rain dept. here in the States....Ohio -- wind, rain, oh - did I mention wind? the kind that blows trees all over the place and DC Metro area is keeping up -- if you were here your basement would be wet..probably cleaning up the yard from fallen limbs...such joy....so complain not -- YOU ARE IN FRANCE!

MISSING YOU ALL.....e
