NEVER HEARD OF it until today. It seems that thousands of cities around the world encourage people to turn off non-essential lights for one hour to help raise awareness about climate change. In Paris they turn off the lights at the Eiffel Tower (and other places). I may run over to take a look this evening.Earth hour takes place this year between 8:30pm and 9:30pm local time.
