Twenty Ten

THAT'S HOW WE'RE supposed to say it, I guess. I'm hearing that 'Two Thousand Ten' is so not how to say it.

But however you say it: Happy New Year! We hope it's the best one yet.

Twenty ten sounds so weird to me. Unless it's preceded by "the year" and it's in a song or something... I will stick with two thousand ten, I don't care what anyone else says. Especially since all of the other languages I study use the same format.
