I'VE BEEN TRYING all evening to get a hold of someone at my bank in the United States. When I finally got through to a human voice they politely explained that the offices are closed...for the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. I think this is the first US holiday I have
completely forgotten about.
So because I'm feeling a bit guilty, I'll feel better if I share one of my favorite King quotes -- one that seems particularly appropriate today:
Life's most persistent and urgent question is this: what are you doing for others?
